At GRIPD Essentials, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and transparent. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how customers can cancel orders made through our store.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

Once a product or pre-order item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. In this case, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Pre-Order Products

Some products on our store may be offered as pre-order items. Pre-order items are not shipped immediately and are usually delivered on a specified future date. Pre-order products follow the same cancellation and refund rules as our regular products. 

Refunds After Cancellation

If your cancellation request is successful and your order has not yet been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
