Thank you for shopping at GRIPD Essentials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as GRIPD Essentials cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
